WHAT A WEEK.



my mummy's finally back from ITALY!!! YAHOO :D

im so happy to FINALLY see her, miss her sOOOO much

anyway i had physio SESSION2 yesterday and it was a whole lot more different than the previous one, HAHAHA



i had to do a series of exercises to strengthen my knee cap and hipbone. so it starts with the CYCLING motion that i have to do when sitting on that "bicycle like" equipment... get what i mean? AIYA go to the gym and see then! ANYWAY yeah they had one whole stretch of those type of bicycles and i was the youngest there CYCLING and the most funniest thing was that i was cycling the S-L-O-W-E-S-T compared to all the aunties and uncles!!! so embarrassing man. rats! i can't flex my leg all the way back so i only do half cycles-- like front half then back half..yeah something like that. so i was terribly slow :( and that WAS 10 minutes!!!



NEXT --> i had to lift myself up with my toes for 3 seconds and that is one time and i had to do 30 times like OMG by the time i finished i couldn't feel my toes anymore... "TOES OH TOES WHERE DID YOU GO?!"

then i had to strengthen my kneecap by stepping up and down on this wooden platform. for ERM 30 times too!!!



then i proceeded to lie down on the bed where i did a variation of leg exercises WITH A HEAVY weight wrapped around my leg. like ITS SOOOO HEAVY to lift! HAHAHA. so there was this kick your leg up action that i had to do for 30 times and then a lift your leg sideways motion for 30 times, roll over and lift your hind leg up and down 30 times!!! like by the time i sit up i was like WHAT HAVE I DONE TO OFFEND the number "30"!!! AHHH. HAHAHA i found it dumb. OH WELL>



OHOHOH then i had to sit on this sliding thingy that allows me to bend my legs up and down. hmm i think this was the MOST fun one cause it was just like me sliding up and down. but there was one stressful factor and that was the man next to me doing the same action. but he was VERY VERY FAST like 'up-down-up-down'!!! i was like thinking SLOW DOWN MAN hahaha get the joke?!?!!? HAHAHA. :)



anyway physio was really interesting... the old men doing the ball exercises were really adorable!!! seriously the way they all move from left to right to up to down was really sooooo cute :) haha just watching them made me unknowingly smile widely! :D

and BTW my history teacher is SOOO COOL

1. he is half british and half canadian
2. he write chinese letters BETTER THAN ANY ONE OF US
3. he talks chinese soo fluently like nobody's BUSINESS
4. in university he majored in the CHINESE LANGUAGE!!! omgomgomg
5. and he took up this course from the start for FUNFUNFUN!!!

my history teacher ROCKS MY SOCKS! HAHAHAHA>
